Name:Cloudtail
Gender:Tom
Clan:WaveClan
Rank: Deputy
Appearance:For a tom, Cloudtail is very small and lithe, but not weak. Cloudtail's fur is pure white, no doubt; the only other color that touches his body is the pink on his nose and the green in his eyes. His fur is short and smooth, matching his tiny body perfectly, for Cloudtail is no bigger than an apprentice nearing warriorhood.
Cloudtail's appearance may be plain, but that does not mean he has no beauty. The tom's green eyes are always warm and welcoming, telling another cat that he means no harm -- unless he actually does. Then he'll get stern and bare his fangs. with claws unsheathed and about to pounce into battle.
Picture:Personality:Cloudtail is fiercely protective of WaveClan, although he would help the other Clans if needed. He would do anything for WaveClan, of course, even if it's risking his life. But he also cares for all cats, and would help anyone, if they're injured or sick. He is not the cat to leave a suffering cat behind. But he's always loyal to WaveClan, no matter what. He has never thought of going to another Clan, or having a relationship that goes further than friendship to another Clan cat. He is a WaveClan cat forever, until he joins the ranks of StarClan.
Cloudtail's traits do not only consist of his loyalty and devotion to WaveClan, but many different things. For one, Cloudtail has good leadership power. His talent for leading has brought him to the position as deputy of WaveClan. Clanmates have given him good comments on his leadership power, and it makes him more confident. He can make his voice so it doesn't sound too rough, but an order that must be obeyed. If the order doesn't need to be obeyed, but should, he asks politely and doesn't sound too forceful. Cats from WaveClan usually listen to him, but some have denied his orders before. When it comes to that, he either asks another cat, or alerts the leader to have a conference.
Cloudtail is always friendly to his Clanmates and those who have positions above him. Cloudtail can not be kind all the time, but he usually tries to be as kind as he can be. He can get rough and especially angry at cats who break the warrior code, but if a cat does WaveClan good he will be kind to that cat and show him or her respect. If a cat doesn't follow the rules, he will give him or her a long, rough lecture on the warrior code and how it must be obeyed.
Cloudtail is as wise as the elders, and memorizes everything from the warrior code to how to catch a mouse. That makes him one of WaveClan's best mentors and one of the most helpful cats. Most WaveClan cats were not surprised on the day the Clan leader had made him deputy.
But what other traits are there to this cat's personality? There are other bits to Cloudtail besides his Clan, if those were the only things, then he would certainly be 'quite the cat'-- but no, Cloudtail has other bits. Some that are rarely revealed, and some you must reveal yourself. To start off, is Cloudtail friendly? Yes. If he wasn't friendly, then he wouldn't be the ideal deputy for WaveClan. But something that makes him a great deputy is his kindness. He is kind to every cat, especially those in WaveClan. Every cat in his Clan means more to him than his own heart, and he would give his life to his Clanmates. They were the cats who inspired him and earned him his deputy position, he owes everything to them.
And Cloudtail is such a listener. Every story, whether from one of his warriors or even a loner, he will listen carefully and patiently. As long as it is not a kit-tale, that is. If it's a serious situation or just a report, Cloudtail will seat himself and listen quietly.. And once the story ends, well, he does something about it. He'll tell his leader and the two can discuss something to clear it out, or just do it himself. He usually knows what to do, but when he doesn't, Cloudtail consults the medicine cat. He knows that the medicine cat is the wisest cat in the Clan-- he knows that he or she must know what to do. But sometimes, it comes that the medicine cat doesn't know what to do either. Then he talks to his leader or a cat that is close to him.
But what every cat wonders, has Cloudtail ever been infuriated? Not that they have seen, but he certainly has. When you get him infuriated (which really doesn't happen too much), he'll be way different than the average Cloudtail. He'll rear up on you with flaming eyes and yowl-- he'll yowl insults, and he'll offend you until he's out of breath. But no worries, a cat will have to do something really bad to get Cloudtail in this mood.
Family: Mother ~ Flamefur ** Father ~ Quickstep ** Littermates ~ None
All family of Cloudtail are dead.Sample Roleplay: Cloudtail crouched low, and opened his mouth and drank in the air. He had heard rustling nearby, and knew there had to be prey; he was correct. Cloudtail scented mouse, and after a quick scan of the area and scenting once more, he detected where the creature was.
Carefully stepping forward, still in crouching position and ready to pounce, Cloudtail stopped a tail-length away and waited for the mouse to come out from under the tree roots. After a short moment, its nose was visible and soon it's whole body came out. Now Cloudtail pounced and whacked his paw on its small body, killing it in one blow.
Once burying the mouse where he was standing, Cloudtail padded on through the area once more. WaveClan's territory was rich with prey at this time, and he planned on getting at least two more mice, and perhaps even a squirrel if he was lucky. Cloudtail suddenly paused after hearing movement; it wasn't quiet like preys', but rather like a cats'.
"Who's there?" Cloudtail demanded. It wasn't right for a cat to be hiding from him.
After a short moment of no reply, Cloudtail breathed in the air. There was WaveClan scent, but stale; then he smelt something different...more like fox! Cloudtail immediately swung to his paws and yowled a warning to any cat who would be near, although the chances of that were quite low. That might have been a good thing, however; no other cat would get injured.
Taking a deep breath, Cloudtail charged in the direction where the fox scent was coming from. The fox seemed to leap out of nowhere's, but Cloudtail took no notice. The WaveClan deputy raked his claws on the fox's side and big it on the leg, waiting several moments before letting go and running away; not to WaveClan camp, but to the Seashore where the ocean was. The fox could not swim, and would probably run away -- or drown, though that was unlikely.
As the fox chased Cloudtail, he began to slow down and was losing energy quickly. Finally he made it to the Seashore. With the fox at his heels, he ran straight to the ocean, and then quickly made a turn to the left. But when Cloudtail looked behind himself, the fox had not been as keen and quick as him; the fox had fallen in. Cloudtail watched, gaping, as the fox hit the surface and splashed water onto him. It seemed like a moon before the fox had stopped struggling under and above water and sank, slowly losing breath and drowning.
